اعتذار!
احيانا يعتذر انسان عن أخطاء قد ارتكبها.
ويظن ان الامر قد انتهى. ولكن اعتذاره لا يكون
مقبولا..
وذلك لانه يعتذر بأسلوب، يكون فيه حجم الاعتذار
اصغر بكثير جدا من حجم الخطأ.
وهذا الاعتذار البسيط الشكلى لا يرضى قلب
المُساء اليه ولا يستطيع ان يغطى الاخطاء السابقة.
وايضا مجرد الاعتذار لا يكفى.
ينبغى معه معالجة نتائج الخطأ.
