Description :
1. Organize CV files to be easily searchable.
2. Keep up-to-date employment requests sheet to know the opening positions.
3. Search in the CVs files to get qualified and fitting candidates to fill the vacancies.
4. Develop the scheduling interview sheet to organize the interview day.
5. Update the scheduling interview sheet to track candidates show up.
6. Analyse the acceptance and rejection rate to maximize interview time usage.
7. Set appointments with line managers to interview candidates.
8. Call candidates to inform them with interviews’ dates and company’s address.
9. Ensure employment application completion to have complete data about the applicant.
10. Administer employment tests to ensure applicants’ English and computer literacy.
11. Follow up with line managers the interviews’ results and employment applications not to lose any application.
12. Update employment request follow up sheet to track hired candidates.
13. Deliver the new hires applications & offer letters to payroll & employee relations sections to start on boarding process.
14. Generate monthly recruitment reports to review the planned versus achieved.
15. Follow up with the line managers the assessment of new hires’ probation period.
16. Set the start working dates with the accepted applicants and inform them with the hiring documents.

Qualifications : Bachelor of Business Administration or any related Degree, with 0-2 years experience.
Gender : Male
Experience : 0 – New Graduate Years.
Other Skills :
The ideal applicant for this job should have Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
Excellent Time Management & organizing skills, Hard worker, business writing skills and able to meet deadlines.
