Patch windows live Messenger

In order to remove the ads, we need to modify the Windows Live messenger core. Fortunately, someone created the tool to patch it.

1. Download and run A-Patch for Windows Live Messenger.
2. After launching A-Patch, tick the "Patch MSN Messenger" option. The A-Patch is a powerful tool to remove many objects from Windows Live Messenger but we are focusing on removing ads here.
   
3. Click "Next" button twice until you are at "Page 2" of A-Patch. Tick the "Remove Advertisement".
   
4. Again, click "Next" button until you are at "Page 5". Tick the "Remove Advertisement" at the bottom.
   
5. Click "Next" button and forward until "Page 8" then click "Apply" button to patch Windows Live Messenger. Remember to quit Windows Live Messenger first.
6. After applied the patch, you can launch your ads free Windows Live Messenger. Enjoy!
   

Note: If anything goes wrong after patching Windows Live Messenger, you can restore the backup copy by running A-Patch again (select "Restore Backups").
